This weekend my mom celebrated her birthday and at the last minute I decided to make something sweet. We have a lot of candy in stock since Christmas and a sweet Kinder cake came to my mind - you can't miss the choice :) The decision was really quick, as was the execution itself. In the evening I prepared the basics, and the next day finished the decoration. Kinder bueno, Kinder candy bars and mini kinder, schoko bonsi, topped with sweet sin. Uh, sweet sweet (:

Biscuit Ingredients:

(cake 25cm diameter)

4 eggs

50g butter

100g of Kinder Chocolates

Lino cream:

200ml sweet cream

500g mascarpone cheese

5 big spoons of Linolada

Gelatine Fix

Nutella cream:

200ml sweet cream

500g mascarpone cheese

5 big spoons of Nutella

Gelatine Fix

PROCEDURE:

Let's make a biscuit first. We separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg whites into the hard snow and place in the cold. Melt Kinder chocolates and butter over the steam. Foam the yolks and then add chilled kinder candy bars with butter. We also mix snow. Cover the tray with baking paper and pour the mass into the model. Set the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 10-15 minutes. I suggest following the dough after 10 minutes. The dough should be completely chilled as we continue with cream.

Add mascarpone, cream and 5 spoons of Linolade to the pan. Mix with the electric mixer until it is well combined to form a creamy mixture. Add the FIX gelatin gradually over the last 2 minutes while stirring. Apply the first cream to the pre-moistened biscuit (with milk) and distribute it as evenly as possible over the surface. Put in the fridge for half an hour, prepare another cream in between.

Repeat the process for dark Nutella cream, only to replace Linolada with Nutella. I added a half schoko bons to each piece of light cream. Apply the mixture to a light cream, distribute evenly and leave to cool overnight.

The next morning I sprinkled the edge of the cake with cocoa on top and folded all the Kinder products. Decoration as desired. I added chocolate topping and the result is delicious (:
